Travelling by car

The Google maps location can be found here. The entrance to Harwoods Lane is quite concealed - there will be a sign for the wedding a the entrance to the lane so please look out for that and drive slowly around the residential area. Harwoods Lane is a working farm lane and can be quite bumpy so please be careful driving

Parking

There will be a field open at Busses Farm for cars to park and there will be signs to guide you to the right areas. Please bring spare footwear with you in case of rainy weather as it can get muddy underfoot in the fields.

Travelling by train & taxi

The closest train station to the venue is East Grinstead. The station is a 9 min drive from the venue. If you require a taxi from the station we recommend using Western Cars. Where possible, please ride share to reduce the traffic along the road and to reduce the environmental impact!

On Site

As we have the venue all weekend there are a few options for staying onsite at the venue.

There are 2 showers and 3 toilets on site for campers/glampers with electricity outlets in the washroom as well as access to WiFi.

Beau & Bell

Bell Tents

UPDATE NOTE: We have bell tents reserved for our guests but they are still setting up the client area for us so please bear with us whilst they finish the admin and we will update this page!

We have made a reservation with Beau & Bell to set up our wedding glamping village. This will consist of luxury glamping tents available for hire for 3rd-5th (Fri and Sat night). We are covering the cost of delivery and Beau & Bell will pitch and take down the tent at the venue for you so you can just rock up. There are two options for set up:

‘Bells & Whistles’ with lots of lovely amenities which you can view here.

‘True Blue’ which comes with the basic beds & light set up but without the furnishings and is a bit cheaper - see here.

When booking, please go to the ‘Client Area’ on their site and use the password: XXX to link your tent to our reservation.

More Info:

Both options can sleep from 2-6 people with both single and double beds available. Prices on the website are for 4 people per tent and are adjusted down for fewer or up for more.

Bell & Beau charge £20 for single bedding or £35 for double beds, but you can always bring your own bedding if you would prefer.

Please note, there is a minimum of 2 nights for the bell tents so are not available for hire for one night only.

Camping

BYOT (Bring your own tent!)

For those of you who want to camp in your own tent, you are very welcome to use the toilet and washroom facilities onsite. There is a dedicated camping field that we will signpost. We ask that you please let us know in the RSVP that you are planning to bring your own tent and that you arrive by 10am on the morning of the wedding (Saturday 4th October) to set up your tent before the ceremony.

You are also welcome to pitch your tent the night before (Friday 3rd October) but we ask that you do not camp overnight as we will be setting up the venue.

Staying Offsite

Since we don’t have a booking with any one hotel, you are more than welcome to choose your own place to stay. Here are some suggestions from the local area within a 15 minute drive from the venue
